KKJ in CBD
Many thanks to those of you who came down to Raffles Place today, passers-by who showed their appreciation, the sound crew and the organisers of National Vertical Marathon 2007.
It felt good to perform a mixture of original compositions and covers, and we hope you enjoyed the show! Watch this space for photos and videos from the event.

National Vertical Marathon 2007 this Sunday!!!
Hi Boys and Girls, Uncles and Aunties,
The timings for our sets this coming Sunday have been confirmed!!!
Our first set is from 1640h - 1710h and our second set is from 1740h - 1810h.
The event will be held @ the Republic Plaza, one of the tallest buildings in Singapore, standing proudly at 60 storeys high!!!
National Vertical Marathon is an annual nationwide event held to promote Sports and Healthy Lifestyle within our local community. Participants are required to jog/run (sprint if they are damn fit, walk if they are not so fit, hop or jump if they want to spice up their Sunday, or any other ways that anyone can think of) up the stairs to reach the top of the building. Last year we played for the event too and it was held @ the Suntec City, well looking at the venue they have chosen this year, Singaporeans are becoming fitter!
Friends who are coming down to lend us your support can take a train to Raffles Place MRT Station and the event is held just beside the station. (sorry not too sure which exit from the station) Hope to see you there!!!

After darkness comes brightness
We performed in Hall 10 of NTU tonight as part of celebrations for Chinese New Year. But when we were in the midst of our third song, the lights went out! The power outage lasted for about 15 minutes, after which we went back on stage to perform "My Brown Lollipop"! Thank you to the responsive audience and organisers of the event!
After a "hum hum sup sup" steamboat dinner, we surprised Ian with a belated birthday celebration too. First we sang a birthday song to him in the jamming room, and then we made him go on stage to sing himself a birthday song haha. The chocolate cube cake was pretty yummy too! Happy Birthday Ian!
Anyway, we have a gig on this Sunday for the National Vertical Marathon. So stay tuned for details over the next couple of days! Hope you're all having a good week and a Happy Lunar New Year!

A Day At The Beach
Here are more photos from Surf 'n' Sweat last sunday @ Tanjong Beach. It is always fabulous to play at the beach with the kiss of the sun and sea breeze, accompanied by the sand and the trees around us. This year we did 2 sets of 30 mins each and it was really hot and humid out there, even to the extent that some of us were feeling sick!!! Nevertheless it was a great event. A big thank you to the Surf 'n' Sweat Organizers for creating big waves at the beach once again!!! Last but not least... a shout out to our beautiful/handsome, gorgeous, sexy and hot photographers, Pris & Weetz... thanx for always being there to babysit us!!!

Surf 'N' Sweat 2007
Thank you to those of you who came down to watch us in Sentosa today, it was great to see all of you again!

Surf 'n' Sweat 2007 this Sunday @ Sentosa
Hi everyone!!!
The timings of our slots on sunday have been confirmed!!! We'll be doing 2 sets of 30mins, Ist one at 9:55am to 10:25am and the 2nd one at 1:25pm - 1:55pm. It'll be at Tanjong Beach in Sentosa beside Central Beach. This is an nationwide event organized by the NTU Sports Club which attracts many sports enthusiasts every year to enjoy themselves at the beach!!! For those of you who did not sign up or somehow missed their posters in town, you can still come and support us!!! And at the same time enjoy the gentle touch of the sea breeze as well as the warmth of the sunlight!!! We will be showcasing our 5 original songs as well as many familiar tunes from various bands!!! So hope to see you guys there!!!
