Make it or break it, as long as you're alive

Thanks to my current userpic on Facebook, friends have been congratulating me for becoming rich thanks to Power Jam. Which is somewhat amusing, considering how the cash we're going to receive is nowhere near $50,000. Moreover, we've yet to hear from the organisers as to how and when we're going to receive our cash prize of $5,000...

As far as we understand, the rest of the $45,000 consists of a management contract with Music & Movement (which we should be signing very soon), a distribution deal with Universal Music (for our upcoming debut album), and the recording of an EP with Leonard Soosay (who strangely enough, is already helping us out with our first full-length album) and 2 weeks of supposed radio airplay on Power 98.

Maybe they'll sit us down to explain how everything's going to work soon, maybe they won't. But in the meantime, we're looking forward to an upcoming interview with a local website, a national newspaper, a photoshoot, and a gig in NUS on August 22nd, where we're most likely to perform this song:
